Hammarby and Anderlecht draw Europa League qualifying opener
The first leg of the second qualifying round finished 1–1 at 3Arena on 23 July 2026.
Hammarby and Anderlecht drew 1–1 at 3Arena in Stockholm on 23 July 2026 in the first leg of their UEFA Europa League second qualifying round tie. The result left the teams level ahead of the return meeting in Belgium.
UEFA’s official draw paired the Swedish and Belgian clubs in the second round, with first legs scheduled for 23 July and return fixtures for 30 July. The governing body’s results and information kit confirm the 1–1 score in Stockholm.
The tie formed part of qualification for the 2026/27 Europa League. It was a two-leg contest, so the home result alone did not decide which club advanced. Anderlecht subsequently won the return 3–1 on 30 July, progressing 4–2 on aggregate.
